Activities and Events
As a church family, we recognise the great importance of journeying together and sharing life with each other, as well as offering practical, relational, and spiritual support to the wider community around us. Find below an overview of some of our activities and events, which you are most welcome to join. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or would like to get involved.
Kids & Youth
Sunday School
Our program for kids with games, songs, craft, and Bible stories, running on every Sunday during school terms from 9:30am - 10:30am in the ROC Centre. All kids welcome!
Momentum Youth
Our youth outreach features laser tag games as well as teaching sessions focused on Jesus and Christianity. The program runs on every second Sunday during school terms from 3pm - 5pm in the Zone in Burnie.
Just Blokes
All men are welcome to join us 4 times a year (on the 1st Friday in March, June, September, and December) in the ROC Centre for an evening with pizza, time to chat, and a presentation by a guest speaker.
Just Girls
Several times a year, the ladies meet for a day excursion with fun activities and lots of time for catching up. Contact us to enquire about upcoming dates.

Community Support
Food Hubs
In order to support those who live on a tight budget, we provide a regular food relief through our community food hubs. The hubs operate on Mondays and Fridays from 10:30am - 12noon in the ROC Centre, as well as on Tuesdays 10:30am - 12noon and Saturdays 12noon - 1pm on the premises of the Somerset Scout Group at Old Cam Road, Somerset TAS 7322.
Chat & Choose
All ladies are welcome to join us on Thursdays during school terms from 10am - 12noon in the ROC Centre for morning tea and craft activities.
Wednesday Get Together
On every second and fourth Wednesday in a month during school terms, we meet from 10am - 12noon for a social get together and games in the ROC Centre. All are welcome!

Study
Care & Study Groups
A number of church members open their homes for us to meet in smaller groups, usually on a weekly basis, to catch up, study the Bible, and pray together. These groups allow us to journey together on a more personal level compared to the Sunday gatherings. If you would like to find out about meeting times and places, contact us.
